This is the 2nd video in a series on leg hooping with a focus on osteoporosis. Even if you don’t have osteoporosis, you can benefit from these tutorials. This one includes exercises to help you learn how to lift your leg out of the hoop to do one leg hooping. Make sure you watch the first video since each tutorial builds on the previous one. It helps to do this move without shoes, but if you are not comfortable doing that, then wearing shoes is fine.
