This is a series of tutorials that starts with leg hooping and culminates with learning the “Twin Revolving Door.” It looks very difficult, but if you take one step at a time, it becomes much easier. The most important part of this move is building leg strength and balance.

Thanks for your comment about leg hooping. I think many times we do not have enough patience with ourselves when hooping. For me, most everything hoop related takes me a lot of time to learn which means lots and lots of practice.
