Help me spread the word about the benefits of hooping for people with osteoporosis.  This new series of tutorials will include hoop exercises to strengthen legs and improve balance for osteoporosis sufferers.  It will culminate in learning the Twin Revolving Door move.  Even if you don’t have osteoporosis, you will benefit from the exercises while learning a new advanced move.
