This is the 3rd video in a series on leg hooping with a focus on osteoporosis. Even if you don’t have osteoporosis, you can benefit from these tutorials. This tutorial covers lifting each leg in and out of the spinning hoop and more exercises for strengthening the legs and hips. Make sure you watch the first two videos since each tutorial builds on the previous one. It helps to do this move without shoes, but if you are not comfortable doing that, then wearing shoes is fine.
