For those of you having trouble viewing the videos, I have added instructions for Mac Users and PC Users. Click on the User Help tab.
If you are a Mac User, first try installing the Google Chrome browser. It works best for most Mac Users. It’s free and only takes a few minutes to install. Just Google “Chrome” and follow the instructions.
