Hooping with Pam has been so much fun! It really gets my heart rate up and totally strengthens my arms and core. And, the time just flies by! I love feeling excited about new tricks and feeling a sense of accomplishment when I learn something new. (Of course, I spend plenty of time laughing and giggling when things don’t go perfect the first time, but Pam is so encouraging, and makes me realize that you can always turn a mistake into a cool new move!)
As a doctor and former aerobics instructor, I can’t say enough good things about hooping, and especially hooping with Pam Theobold. —
